Most o f the problem with buying a phone on Ebay is that the sellers are
too damned lazy to give you the IMEI # but they don't want to admit that
so they start rumors that it's dangerous to do so. Look at the number of
phones being sold that are used...
Only an idiot would buy a phone without having an IMEI # to verify that
the phone is good, not stolen, not blocked, and what the seller says it
is. There is no risk to a seller of giving out the IMEI # and the
paranoia that is being spread around her...
