I had a buyer claim their item arrived broken. I issued what I thought was a full refund. A few days later I was contacted by the buyer that they did not receive the refund for the shipping. They just received the refund for what they paid for the it...
I issued a partial refund to a buyer and now it is closed. Now the buyer wants the shipping refunded. How do I issue a shipping refund after this has already been closed?
I sold an item. The buyer has paid but hasnt picked it up yet. Ebay has it marked as picked up. I have never sold an item for pickup before so I didnt know if that was correct or not
I shipped an item to a customer this morning. The tracking shows that the item is in transit. But its also showing ......Paid Ship Now...What can I do to have this removed? I do not want to get a ding from Ebay. Thank you in advance
