Ebay suggested making an offer to a potential buyer. I thought, what the
heck, I'll give it a sot. When I did, it failed and gave a VERY
non-specific error. What the heck?
Why after submitting feedback are you returned to the exact same screen
with no indication that the feedback was submitted? The only way you can
be sure that your feedback was submitted is by submitting again at which
time an "Already Submitted" erro...
