Is there a third party app or tool that makes answering buyer emails
more efficient. Answering hundreds of order related questions every day
via Ebay messaging system is very cumbersome. Surely, there is a better
way out there. Please help!
I've tried responding to emails through Outlook, but it doesn't seem to
keep the email string together when I get a reply from the customer. It
will be missing parts of the conversation.
