This is my first time uncounted that a eBay managed payment customer service representative refused to provide SR# - call record #. When asked multiple times, he hang up on me.
The rep canned me back. Did not provide meaningful help (Just pretend). When I realized, ask for SR# (the call record). He refused serval times and hang out on me.eBay claim it is a fair market place (Protect buyer and seller). This person is definit...
eBay said seller can process partial refund through Hub. But it jut loops and don't have any partial refund can be processed. Please help. Thanks
