My sales have plummeted since they instituted promoted listings. I'm
giving in and am going to try paying the extra fees. Somehow ebay always
figures out a way to screw the seller. This is a lose/lose situation for
all sellers.

issues and have to wait 14 days to run a sale. Does this mean I have to
list all my items as "goot till cancelled" in order to run frequent
sales? are there certain "influencers" tha...
And what I am saying which I dont think you understand is that the buyer
has a responsibilty and opportunity to compare prices in an open market
so the idea of a scam seller is much smaller then people make out.
