Dear, When I want to pay, e bay server can not be coneccted with pay pal, and after that says that there is some mistake. I hvae try to contact the pay pal, and they said thet the problem is with the e bay. what to do?

I bought 4 items from the same seller and i didn t receve it. what should I do?
