Sales Tax Theft

I am being victimized by eBay by being over charged for sales tax to the tune of 13% when California is at 8%. In the last 60 days I’ve purchased $1500 in computers thru EBay. Looking for other victims for class action

13% Sales Tax

I’m being charged 13% tax on my last 8 orders totaling $800 or averaging $100 ea and being charged $13 in tax. Does anybody know what’s going on?
