I owe $2 to ebay. However eBay website will not let me pay it or change
my method of payment and I keep getting emails about owing the money.

i thought that i was updating my pmt info, when in fact i added a cred
as a reimbersment pmt. now i would like toget rid of that, but do not
know how to. please help! thank you-miya
