I accidentally placed an order, then cancelled it. Got an email that it was cancelled but the item is still showing in my cart. How long before it gets removed from my cart?

shipping charges not correct

I have a UPS account and when posting a listing, my weight was a little high, 5lbs compared to actual weight of 4lbs, but the buyer wound up paying $11.21 and my UPS bill was $14. I'm losing money here. What is wrong with using ebay to print a label ...
