How do I adjust the shipping date if I am unable to enter the tracking number on the date the order was shipped? The old system allowed for this but the new one doesn't and I can't find where to get back to the old one anymore.
I shipped two orders yesterday but was unable to add the tracking numbers until today. I am no longer able to change the shipping date to the correct one in this new system and sometimes it indicates the shipping was late when it wasn't. Is there a w...
