Can anyone tell me why the system said my limit is 0 while i check my selling summary said i got 50 free

Since yesterday, i still can't list an items to sell. Any idea to help?

When I try to list my items on ebay, it said that we're having some trouble right now. Please try again later.Can you tell me what is my problem, i try to read an issue at contact us but i find that i don't violate anything.
