I have an item sold but the buyer dioes not require shipping. He is
local and we can meet on a determined date. His payment included the
shipping charges. Can the shipping charges be removed or do I do a
Paypal refund after the item is picked up?

Thanks for the advice. I will have the item signed for and make a Paypal
refund to have the transaction recorded.
so...would I cancel the sale and have him choose local pickup as an
option? or should I just refund him on Paypal after pickup? I'm not
going to fuss over a few bucks here and there for someone who chose the
buy now option.
