I can't sell on ebay anymore with my older iPad even though it has updated software of 12.5.5.

I have an iPad Air with ios 12.5.5 software update on it, as listed in Settings. I can no longer sell anything on eBay because it says I need an updated app. When I click on<>, nothing happens. I am locked out of selling on ebay. Can anyone help?
