I had 3 bidders on an item. Highest bidder won and never paid. I would like to report and block buyer. How do I do this?

Extending a shipping date for a buyer

A buyer purchased an item but I need to extend the shipping date. The buyer is fine with this. Do I need to notify eBay that the shipping will be delayed?
