I had put in a complaint to Ebay and I was told the seller is suppose to
pay for the insurance. They had gotten back to me and said that it was
ok for the seller had made the buy pay for it when it is in the Seller's
rules on selling.
Buyer did not asked me if I wanted insurance he just added it in the
shipping charges which I did not know he did that till after I had paid.
