Shipped item - it arrive with a damaged box - I refunded the buyer but now he wont return the item?

I shipped a 500 dollar tesla charger - the item arrived but the box was damaged - knowing the item still worked the buyer asked for a refund. I gave them a refund - but now they won't respond to my requests to return my charger. Any recourse?
