charged for two shipping labels

I am new to selling on EBAY so when I sold my first item I was thrilled, but I see I was charged twice for one shipping label.....how do I correct that? Also, they said they would be sending me two micro deposits and would contact me as to what to do...

Hi, I'm new to selling on Ebay and just listed my first item. Do I need to wait till I sell it to set up my payment info? It talks about the checking account.....I don't see a link to get that set up. Can it just as well go into my main bank account?...
