Overcharged nearly $10 in fee how come?

The fees are based off an item that cost $924.38. The item I sold cost $850. At the 12.9% you charged me $119.25 in fees. Not 109.65 based on the amount I sold the item for. Why the nearly $10 extra charge based off inacurate fee scale?
