Appreciate your reply! I checked the username and it says it's based on United States. So $174.29 is what I "back-calculated" based on their TRS Disc which is $1.83. $1.83/0.1 = $18.3 (this is the FVF fee before TRS based on ebay calculation)$18.3/0....
