the seller has not accepted payment so it is still pending. I noticed the seller has the same item posted again for sale. this is an unusual item .the seller is selling the same item twice.

paid for item then vendor refunded payment contacted vendor agreed to ship for bic price when I go to pay the new invoice it doubles the price
