As it is written in title, I got scammed, seller deleted his item and his account. He took my money and now I can't contact ebay.

Yeah, I opened ticket to a seller not ebay, when I try to contact ebay about that item it say that I didn't bought it.

What should I do? I already contact paypal about this problem and I'm waiting for they replay, but I don't think they will refund money just like that, without ebay's opinion.
