I work In IT for over 28 years in insurance, and EBAY has been a clown
shop since 2002. Remember Turbolister, I submitted the same bug over and
over every release for 10 years, thank god they got rid of that MS
Access compiled heap of **bleep**.

indication it was indeed a platform problem. Can EBay get their IT act
together and provide real time system monitoring and be on top of issues
before their customers experience them? ...
