Yes that's the issue. I also called on Tuesday and they eventually admitted a problem but didn't know when it would be resolved. Very frustrating. I have tried marking down items over 14 days old and have no success.

Mark down manager is not working for a couple days now. I would have thought ebay could fix by now.

yes I have this problem also. the question is "what is ebay doing to correct problem" anybody having problems with markdown manager?
