So, your choices are cancelling the item which there are 3 reasons
listed and none of them apply. Having the buyer request a refund, again,
none of the reasons apply. Lastly, issuing a full refund from the PayPal
transaction and uploading it to eBay....
I'm waiting on a call back now fro eBay. FedEx busted up a table that I
had double boxed. You can file a claim online with USPS. Be warned, they

This has been frustrating me for a while. Like others, it was only
happening in Chrome. I just cleared everything, cache, cookies, history,
etc. and now it's back to normal. BTW, I use Piriform's Ccleaner to
clean everything. Hope this helps.
I have to agree with reallynicestamps. I've tried this over and over
with no success. I usually have a lot of watchers and one buyer will
snipe it for $0.99 at the end. Now I start auctions at a comfortable
selling price. Good luck.
