I just figured it out, so I'm leaving a comment for others who come
after us. I downgraded my subscription back to Basic, and that's when
the orders stopped showing up. So I went back to Selling Manager Pro and
they reappeared.

It's now 2/14/2019, and my Seller Hub is doing the same thing you all
were talking about. I called eBay this morning, and they put in an IT
ticket. Did this problem eventually get fixed when it happened for you
