Right. And part of the irony is rather than inform us of a technical
glitch on their end, eBay puts the onus on the sellers who jump through
hoops with their banks, all to no avail. So, many of us have wasted time
contacting our banks, when had eBay ...
I'm having same issue. Attempt was made to transfer funds and now saying
bank declined. I contacted bank and that is not the case. It's an issue
on eBay's end but cannot contact anyone there to resolve. Meanwhile
funds are in limbo.
