My preferences have always been no international shipping. I've now sold
an item to someone in russia. I then noticed my listing no longer says
no international shipping. What happened? Why did ebay change my
preferences?
Same issue here...the amazing thing to me is that their customer service
solution is set up purposely to be unable to resolve any issues related
to getting you paid your money. The only "tech team" with the power to
