Hmmm... I've had fees waived multiple times in the last 10 years.
Similar thing happened to me in 2018 and it wasn't a problem. I did have
to wait though. Maybe I was just lucky.
Yup. Just talked to a chat rep and she said to list the items anyway.
Then after I'm done I'm supposed to talk to another rep to have the fees
waived and was given a reference number for our conversation just in
case. Annoying? Certainly. But I'm hop...
