Several times I have tried to report counterfeit items but the drop-down menu on the site does not work.

Is it possible to get information from Ebay on an item I purchased in 2017? The item was sent from the U.S. but lost in customs in Frankfurt, Germany.

I cannot call them, they cannot call me. I am having an issue witht the seller over an item i did not receive.

Does anyone have a telephone number where I can reach eBay from outside the USA??Thanks

International purchase. Listing states all deliveries require confirmation. Tracking says item was deilvered back to seller and was accepted. Seller refused to reimburse and is now relisting item. eBay system making it difficult to revist this claim.
