I didn't make any changes. UPS calculated shipping + 1.50 for handling
is always low and sometimes REALLY low. What do I need to do to get back
to charging UPS retail + 1.50 handling? Tired of losing $$$ on shipping!
Since June 1 st, all of my sales with calculated UPS ground + 1.50 for
handling, eBay has only beencharging the customer discounted Fed Ex
