How do I talk to an actual person? I did not receive a payout and Ebay keeps taking money out of my bank account with no explanation about what the money was for. No transaction # or item description or reason for anything.

Shipping cost fees

With the cost of shipping going so high, Ebay taking 10% of that is making it very hard to make any profit on anything I sell. Does anyone have any advise on how to make the impact of these fees any less?
