Yes, eBay phone Rep explained: Need to offer FREE 30-days returns AND
ship within 1 business day. This info also on eBay website, but I missed
the important word, "free". Thank you
Update: I UNinstalled the eBay app and all is well with my Android 6
phone. Now, the phone automatically opens the eBay website in MOBILE
VIEW *without* the annoying features that come with the eBay app.
