Why can I no longer print order details without overlays of other pages? This has been going on a while. Does anybody know of a solution?

Where do I go on ebay to report a seller who appears to be selling fake autographed photos? Or is this the kind of thing ebay doesn't care about?

I'm trying to get a refund for an item, but the resoution center keeps sending me in circles when I try to ask for ebay to step in.

I want to send an email to ebay customer service, but apparently I can't do that. Is ebay too big and important to handle emails?
