Seller canceled my purchase AFTER it was PAID for. The seller should have removed the item when she decided not to sell it NOT wait until after the purchase. .The purchase has NOT been refunded. I JUST WANT THE ITEM I PAID FOR.

I ordered 3 (THREE) table runners that never arrived. EBAY refunded for only 1 (ONE). I did tell them there were 3 (THREE) items but they ignored me. What to do now? Thanks.
