At the bottom of the page is another dropdown menu where you can choose
how many to view at once. It can be 50, 100, 200. Set it to 200 and you
can see 200 items on one page (if you have that many items).
Seller Hub is the key. This is the problem I had was. I wasn't on Seller

This worked for me as well - Open another browser and log into PayPal.
After that, go back and try to buy your item on ebay again, no more
PayPal loop!
