ID tools please

Pliers are stamped with an oak leaf and OAK LEAF. The long tool with curved end is stamped AX360. The knife has no markings that I can see.

How long does Ebay save archived messages?

Failure of Seller to Respond to Question

I asked a seller the following question about an item for sale: "What's the age of this item?" Never received a reply. Is there an Ebay policy about that? The reason I'm asking is I do not believe the item is as old as it's advertised to be.
