This will sound like a nubby question, but how do you add an avatar to your account? Thank you for any help.

I'm sure I'm doing sompling wrong. I want PayPal only, but when I preview my listing, it shows all payment options. Also, I want to offer free shipping. When I preview my listing, it shows "calculate". Any help would be greatly apprciated.
