My buttons on my phone now when I do sort it does not show distance first does anyone have any help for me

does any one know how to download a report that only shows shipping fees I paid

My post office say to print a ledger with shipping and tracking numbers when I come in so they don’t have to scan each on one does anyone’s know how and if to do it
