I would like to no if ebay does not charge a seller for a return label if the buyer is reported because they made a false claim on the item.

Y does the seller have 3 days to respond to a return or eBay steps in but, after sending return label, customer has 14 days to return item.

i want to change my days on shipping out an item. where do i go.
