said free shipping.Noticed in review some are scamming customers with
free shipping and sending it with insufficient postage.
Do we have to use ebay or can we just take it to the USPS and mail it
with insurance and a tracking number. Directions are not clear. Also are
the fixed item shipping fees automatically added to the purchase price?
