I recently purchased a Buy it Now item from a 0 feedback seller. The
payment shows it as "Processing" on eBay and "Seller hasn't accepted
yet" on Paypal. Am I missing anything? Is he missing anything? Is this
the normal procedure for 0 feedback selle...
