Can't buy an item. Blank box pops up, no other info.

Hi, I've been trying to buy an item for the last two days. I've tried different browsers, cleared cache, logged out and back in, two individual items and different devices. Still just a blank pop up. Any ideas? Thanks.

Also logged off both computers and tried my phone, which worked. Still getting the same blank box when logged into either computer.

Thank you. Disabled ad blocker for all of eBay and the item page. Still a blank box. The box will stay there until I refresh the page.
