I sold an item and it was damaged by shipper. Who is responsible for
filing claim, the buyer or seller? Per Ebay there should be option under
shipping label for "More Options" to "Create Claim" but I don't see the
"Create Claim" option.
I have an active listing and the Ebay shipping calculator is given
prices all over the place. Is there any way of fixing that? How do you
delete shipping services on an active listing?
