Having the exact same problem here for the past two days as well. Really
don't need this inconvenience, especially now at holiday time when there
are a lot of orders going out. Asked a few times but haven't seen any
answers to this and as usual, Ebay...
Just had a buyer return to me TWO completely different items than the
ones I sent him. He used one generic fake name on the order itself 'Tony
Smith' and was dumb enough to put his real name on the return for the
