Does I loss the transaction fee when buyer open dispute case

The buyer bought one $5000 item, he opened cancel in eBay after he also opened in PayPal for the dispute case. I can't cancel for now. if I accept the dispute case, does eBay refund the transaction fee ? Please advise. Thanks.
