I am in jepardy of losing my top rated status because I sell golf club
shafts and although I usually ship in one day- sometimes buyers ask me
to do some work on the shaft before shipment.....that can take 3-4 days
before it actually gets to the USPS....
If I become a top rated seller and have met the criteria for a 20%
discount - now as of May 1st- a 10% discount, why doesn't it show in the
final fees area? How do I know eBay is treating me fairly?
