I believe this is a big glitch of the ebay system. The seller replied to
me but I don't get any notificaition from my email or messge center. In
addtion, since the retrun is not direclty showing in the summary, I
almost missed the return.
"It looks like an email with more details was drafted but did not
successfully send to you." this is a old response to the 2019 case.
Today, in Jul 2021, I still ended in the same situation. Ebay just put
my case on case without send me any email abo...
