We cannot process returns because Ebay is not showing the items were
shipped. We have already received numerous returns and buyers are
getting impatient. Now waiting over 1 week to process returns.
Our buyers have shipped and we have received the items but have no way
to process the refund properly because Ebay is showing they haven't
shipped it yet! Anyone else having this issue? It's been going on now
for almost a week!
