I am trying to list an item with free shipping. I check the free
shipping box but it still lists as buyer pays shipping. Am I missing
something when I list it?
Has anyone had the issue where ebay enters a lower weight than what you
have entered for an item? This has happened several times and I am
losing money in shipping costs. Is there a solution?
I have checked all three shipping options: USPS, UPS & FedEx for my
buyers. However, when I look at calculated rates only USPS & UPS are
showing. Is there something more I have to do to have FedEx option show?

I just had this issue with 4 items being changed to free shipping. After
several emails I have been advised it is being referred to the technical
team but may take time to get an answer. My listings were not posted on
mobile. I am losing money!
Definitely. I have to refresh my desktop several times before the number
of views shows. Also, my iPhone app always shows "zero" views. Makes it
very hard to determine the success of an item.
